From October 24 to 25, 2019, the "16th Urban Rail Transit Automatic Fare Collection System Technology Application Seminar and AFC Professional Product Exhibition" was grandly held in Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao. With the theme of "focusing on payment, safe escort and smart future", this conference is jointly sponsored by the automatic charging system Professional Committee of China Information Industry Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "AFC Special Committee") and AFC Forum Network, and hosted by Beijing Fangka Information Consulting Center. The China Information Industry Chamber of Commerce attached great importance to this meeting. President Nie Yuchun, together with Secretary-General Zhang Anan and Deputy Secretary-General Chen Shengxi, attended the meeting in person. President Nie affirmed the work of the AFC Special Committee and introduced the current relevant situation. "as a public service serving people in all walks of life, the operation of the rail transit industry is closely related to the development of the national economy. As an industry leader, Huawei's every move will attract the attention of the industry. At this meeting, Fang Hailin, general manager of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.'s intelligent transportation solutions, mentioned the trend of the industry in his keynote speech on "Kunpeng Spreading Wings and Helping Urban Rail Innovation". First, the application of urban rail is speeding up. From single-line construction to line-network integration, business cloud and hybrid cloud are the general consensus. Second, the urban rail brain is the commanding height, big data algorithms and modeling capabilities are the key, theme/topic library model/algorithm is the key. Third, AI video drives more intelligent travel experience and operation services, and the actual needs of security and operation drive the application of AI vision in urban rail business. On this basis, Huawei's smart urban rail solution is proposed, that is, "3-layer architecture, 5 platforms, 3 types of ecology". At the same time, it is emphasized that to match the requirements of a powerful transportation country, independent innovation is the only way and must be based on independent and controllable technology.

No matter which aspect is concerned, the current situation will undoubtedly accelerate the construction of "safe, autonomous and controllable", whether it is from the aspects of chips, operating systems, clouds, databases, artificial intelligence, etc. The coming 2019 runs through all stages of the Sino-US trade war. Development needs (technology landing needs, demand-driven technology, technical service capital). The core of solving the problem of AFC fare collection is the application of payment technology, which determines the form of ticket, ticketing process, operation strategy, and then determines the design of the ticket collection system, especially the terminal equipment.

"Biometric Technology Application Topic"There are eight reports. Li Yuxuan, Deputy Secretary General of AFC Special Committee, updated and released the "Report on Application of Face Recognition Technology in Rail Transit", which is also the current application status released to a wider range of representatives after the Xi 'an Face Recognition Seminar in August. At present, face recognition technology has been applied in subway AFC systems in Beijing, Jinan, Shenzhen, Zhengzhou, Tianjin and other cities, and has been piloted or tested in subway AFC systems in Fuzhou, Nanning, Shanghai, Hefei, Guiyang, Nanjing, Guangzhou and other cities. Face recognition technology in AFC applications, not only to think about traffic rate, recognition accuracy and other issues, but also need to think about security issues, including payment security and privacy protection. The application of face recognition on AFC is undoubtedly an innovation, but "innovation" is not for innovation itself, but to provide a better support and solution for the business.

Wang Yu of Tianjin Rail Operation Group Company shared the application of face recognition love code for special passenger groups of Tianjin rail transit. In terms of technical implementation, the love code is provided by the CDPF, the subway APP provides the channel, and is uniquely used by face recognition. At present, there are more than 15000 users of love code, accounting for about 5% of the total number of disabled people in Tianjin, and it is growing continuously. Combined with the usage, he summarized and shared three points: the love code needs a matching welfare ticket duplicate checking mechanism; Face recognition SDK and mobile phone adaptability; Data synchronization of special customer groups.

Ye Shengwei, Application Director of Tengxunyun AI Technology Industry, introduced the face recognition project at the side gate of Shenzhen Metro Line 11 and the face recognition project of Guangzhou Metro Demonstration Station in his keynote speech on "Exploration and Application of Tencent Face Recognition Technology in Rail Transit Industry". He also analyzed the requirements of subway face brushing and bus ride scenes and proposed Tencent's face brushing and bus ride product plan, including solution architecture, core algorithms, fintech and data wind control.

Under the current Internet mode, facing the rapidly changing threat situation, the information security operation mode and service level are in urgent need of breakthrough and innovation. With the advent of the era of equal protection 2.0 with the "Regulations on Network Security Level Protection" as the core system, the relevant levels have strengthened the protection of information security. So where are the current risks of AFC?
