APSYN140 low noise frequency synthesizer module is a modular frequency range from 100kHz to 40GHz(9kHz to 43.5GHz can be set) low noise broadband frequency synthesizer, it has very low phase noise, low spurious and ultra fast frequency switching speed, can set the output power between-10dBm to 20dBm. The proprietary architecture of the APSYN140 low-noise frequency synthesizer module enables accurate frequency synthesis with a 0.001Hz frequency resolution and a very fast switching speed (less than 20 μs over the full band output range). Frequency and list scans can be performed for up to 65000 entries and can be triggered externally. Basic modulation functions such as pulse, frequency and phase modulation are also supported.

APSYN140 is a low-noise frequency synthesizer module with output frequency from 100kHz to 40GHz, with settable output power from -10 to 20dBm, excellent phase noise performance (-150dBc/Hz @ 1GHz,100kHz), signal purity (spurious as low as-75dBc) and frequency switching speed of 20μs, and accurate frequency synthesis APSYN140 the same architecture as AnaPico high-performance signal sources, it has 0.001Hz frequency resolution and 0.01 degree phase resolution. It also includes commonly used basic modulation functions, such as: pulse, PM and scan.
The APSYN140 has standard USB and Ethernet ports, as well as optional GPIB interface, users can easily use the SCPI 1999 command set for programming and secondary development.
The APSYN140 low-noise frequency synthesizer module can meet the needs of customers for integration, redefinition or secondary development at a very low cost.
