APPH50/64G Phase Noise Analyzer and VCO Tester-Input up to 64GHz

Classification:

Phase noise analyzer

APPH50G and APPH64G are the new high-performance phase noise analyzers and VCO testers in the APPH series. The frequency range of their two different models covers from 5MHz to 50 or 64GHz respectively. It has a noise floor as low as -190dBc/Hz and provides a range of analysis and measurement functions essential for phase noise analyzers to evaluate signal sources (crystal oscillators, VCOs, transmitters, phase-locked loops, frequency synthesizers, etc., ranging from VHF to microwave frequencies), as well as active and passive non-self-vibrating devices, such as amplifiers or frequency dividers. These features include phase noise and additive phase noise, amplitude noise, impulse, jitter and Allen deviation, transient analysis, VCO characterization and spectrum monitoring. The APPH series comes standard with an FPGA cross-correlation operational spectrum engine for mixed-signal system architectures that enable very high-speed signal processing and very low phase noise test sensitivity. The APPH series also has a built-in programmable power supply and low-noise tuning voltage, making the device extremely flexible and easy to use.

APPH series phase noise analyzer/VCO tester main features:

The APPH Series Phase Noise Analyzer and VCO Test is an all-in-one, compact phase noise measurement system with a wide range of features enabling measurements as low as -190 dBc/Hz over an offset range of 0.01Hz to 100 MHz. Kan

By providing internal and external reference options, you can increase the flexibility and dynamic range of the system. The internal reference can provide fast measurement setup and fast measurement, while the external reference can improve the noise floor performance of the system.

A programmable low-noise power supply and bias tuning voltage port can be used to power the DUT without the use of an external power supply.
