APSYN420 wideband frequency synthesizer-output up to 20GHz

The APSYN420 wideband frequency synthesizer is a wideband low phase noise frequency synthesizer module with a frequency range of 10MHz to 20GHz. Typical output power is 23dBm. The wideband frequency synthesizer has a 0.001Hz frequency resolution and uses a highly stable internal reference. The internal reference can also be phase locked to a user settable external reference. To achieve good phase coherence, multiple APSYN420 wideband frequency synthesizers may be cascaded with only one master reference clock. The APSYN420 broadband frequency synthesizer provides scanning, broadband frequency modulation and narrow pulse modulation functions, and its frequency switching speed is 25 μs. The APSYN420 wideband frequency synthesizer has USB and LAN interfaces and can be programmed using the SCPI 1999 command set. The APSYN420 broadband frequency synthesizer uses an external 6V DC power supply, and its power consumption is less than 20W.
