The APSYN140-X series is a low-noise broadband frequency synthesizer that can provide up to 4 separate and reference channels in a 1U chassis with a simultaneous frequency range of 100kHz to 40GHz(9kHz to 43.5GHz can be set). The multi-channel reference frequency synthesizer has extremely low phase noise, low spurious and ultra-fast frequency switching speed, and the settable output power is between-10dBm and 20dBm. The proprietary architecture of the APSYN140-X Series Multi-Channel Cohesive Synthesizer enables accurate frequency synthesis with a minimal frequency resolution of 0.00001Hz and very fast switching speeds (less than 20 μs across the full band output range). Frequency and list scans can be performed for up to 65000 entries and can be triggered externally. Basic modulation functions such as pulse, frequency and phase modulation are also supported.

The APSYN140-X series multi-channel coherent frequency synthesizer is an alternative to the 40GHz economical coherent signal generator!
APSYN140-X series multi-channel phase reference frequency synthesizer can realize up to 4 individually controllable phase reference channel output in 1U chassis, and the output frequency of each channel is from 100kHz to 40GHz. Compact low-noise frequency synthesizer has output power from-10dBm to 20dBm, excellent phase noise performance (-150dBc/Hz @ 1GHz,100kHz) and signal purity (spurious as low as-75dBc), it also supports frequency switching speeds as fast as 20μs. At the same time, the APSYN140-X series adopts the same architecture as AnaPico high-performance signal sources to realize accurate frequency synthesis, with a minimum frequency resolution of 0.00001Hz and a phase resolution of 0.01 degrees. It also includes commonly used basic modulation functions, such as: pulse, PM and scan.
APSYN140-X series multi-channel frequency synthesizer has standard USB and Ethernet ports, as well as optional GPIB interface. Users can easily use SCPI 1999 command set for programming and secondary development.
The APSYN140-X series of multi-channel coherent frequency synthesizers can meet the needs of customers for integration, redefinition or secondary development at a very low cost.APSYN140-X series multi-channel coherent frequency synthesizer with innovative phase coherent switching and phase memory function (option PHS):
● Phase coherent switching: the phase relationship between multiple channels is always determined. When one of the channels changes frequency, it returns to the previous frequency, and each channel still maintains the original phase relationship
● Phase memory: When a channel is switched to another frequency during operation, it is switched back to the initial frequency, and its phase is continuous, as if it has been running continuously at this frequency.

The phase switching function between the two channels, in which channel 2 changes the frequency during operation and then returns to the initial frequency, and still maintains the original phase relationship with channel 1.
